Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

At EVOSOFT GLOBAL PVT. LTD., we give you full control over your digital assets. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel services purchased through our platform.

1. Domain Name Cancellations

Because domain names are instantly registered with global authorities (like ICANN and Verisign), a successful registration cannot be reversed or "cancelled" mid-term for a refund.

• To Cancel a Domain: You can choose to cancel a domain by disabling the "Auto-Renew" feature in your Client Dashboard.
• Once cancelled, the domain will remain active until its official expiration date. After expiration, it will be released back to the public pool for anyone to register.

2. Order Cancellations (Pre-Processing)

If you have placed an order but the payment is still pending, or the order has not yet been processed by the registry API, you may request an immediate cancellation by contacting our support team. Once the status changes to "Active" or "Completed", the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Additional Services (Hosting, Emails, Add-ons)

If you have purchased any recurring services alongside your domain:

• You may submit a cancellation request at any time from your dashboard.
• The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for services cancelled mid-month or mid-year.

4. Account Termination by EVOSOFT

We reserve the right to instantly cancel your domains, services, and user account without prior notice or refund if you are found violating our Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in phishing, spamming, malware distribution, or credit card fraud.
