Refund Policy

Clear, transparent, and fair refund guidelines for our services.

At EVOSOFT GLOBAL PVT. LTD., we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our clients. Because we deal in digital assets (Domain Names) that are registered instantly with global authorities, our refund policies follow strict industry standards.

1. Domain Registrations, Renewals & Transfers

All completed Domain Registrations, Renewals, and Transfers are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a domain name is registered, renewed, or transferred, the fee is immediately paid to the respective domain registry (e.g., Verisign, NIXI) and ICANN. Therefore, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund. Please ensure you double-check the spelling of the domain name before making a payment.

2. Failed Transactions & Unsuccessful Registrations

If your payment is successfully deducted from your bank account or credit card, but the domain registration fails due to technical issues or unavailability:

  • The deducted amount will be automatically credited to your NAMZO Wallet immediately.
  • You can use this wallet balance for future purchases, or request a bank refund by contacting support. Bank refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

3. NAMZO Wallet Deposits

If you have added funds to your NAMZO Wallet and wish to withdraw the unused balance, you may request a refund within 7 days of the deposit. Please note:

  • Only un-utilized funds are eligible for a refund.
  • Payment gateway transaction charges (if any) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Promotional credits or bonus balances added by us are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We request you to contact our support team to resolve any payment issues before filing a chargeback with your bank. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute for a successfully registered domain will result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all domains under that account.

5. How to Request a Refund

For eligible refund requests (e.g., failed transactions or wallet withdrawals), please contact our billing department by emailing help@namzo.in from your registered email address. Include your Transaction ID and the reason for the request.
