By registering an account, purchasing a domain, or using any services provided by EVOSOFT GLOBAL PVT. LTD., you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Domain Registration & ICANN Guidelines

We provide domain name registration, transfer, and management services. By registering a domain through us, you also agree to the terms and conditions set forth by ICANN and the respective domain registries (e.g., .com, .in, .org).

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for WHOIS records.
• Domain registration is subject to availability and registry approval. We do not guarantee the registration until it is fully processed.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services or your registered domains for any illegal or abusive activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware/viruses.
• Hosting content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or operating scam websites.

We reserve the right to instantly suspend or terminate domains/accounts that violate these rules without any refund.

3. Payments, Renewals, and Fees

• All domain registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable once processed by the registry.
• It is your sole responsibility to renew your domains before the expiration date. We are not liable for domains lost due to late payments or expired cards.
• If a domain enters the Redemption Grace Period (RGP), additional registry restoration fees will apply.

4. Account Security

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity performed under your account, including domain transfers or modifications, is considered authorized by you.

5. Limitation of Liability

EVOSOFT GLOBAL PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including domain loss, downtime, or data breaches.
