2. Digital Delivery & Activation Process

Once your payment is successfully verified by our payment gateway (e.g., Cashfree), your order undergoes an automated provisioning process:

• Domain Registrations: In most cases, domain names are registered and activated instantly (within 5-15 minutes). You will receive a confirmation email with your domain details.
• Domain Transfers: Domain transfers require authorization from your current registrar and may take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to complete.
• Dashboard Access: Upon purchase, the service will immediately reflect in your Client Dashboard under the "My Domains" or "My Services" section.

3. Order Processing Delays

While 99% of our orders are activated instantly, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Manual fraud verification checks.
• Downtime or API delays from the central Domain Registry (e.g., .IN Registry, Verisign).
• Special domains requiring additional documentation or manual approval from the registry.

If your service is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Proof of Delivery

Because our services are digital, the following will serve as final proof of delivery:

• The automated "Order Confirmation" and "Service Activation" emails sent to your registered email address.
• The active status of the domain/service in your EVOSOFT Client Dashboard.
• Public WHOIS records showing you as the registrant of the purchased domain.
